4. Listen to your customers. The only way to have a truly effective marketing plan is to leave room for your customers input. You can have the very best product and a seemingly fool proof marketing plan but unless you leave room to make adjustments as you hear feedback from customers you won't have a great marketing plan.
5. Draft a copy in writing. A marketing plan does not have to be a very complex thing. In fact, a marketing plan should be a fairly simple task. When you break it down, a marketing plan is simply the goal of a business for getting more customers to come to them.
