Business Problem Solving
Problem solving can be made easy, or it can be made hard. With just a few steps, you can solve just about any problems that occur.
Don't Focus On The Blame, But The Solution.
When a problem arises, many people are looking for someone or something to blame.
This is a waste of energy. You are not solving the problem.
You're looking for a way to let go of your anxiety. What you really want to do is get to the root of the solution, not the blame.
Define The Problem. In order to solve a problem, you have to know exactly what the problem is.Look at the problem from different points of view, and make sure you understand the real problem.
Simplify The Problem
Your problem can be greatly exaggerated, or it can be simplified. Simplified problems lead to simplified solutions, so simplify the problem as much as possible. Look For The Solution.
Many solutions exist for problems. They are right in front of you. You just have to see them. Once you find a solution, then look for another; it just might be a better one. Usually a solution that prevents the problem from reoccurring is the better choice.
