A back end in business is referring to the process of obtain customers using something that draws them in the door and then building a relationship and selling them more and more products and services after a trustful relationship has been established.
Once you have established a relationship with your customers you can recommend may different products and services and you'll find your customers are receptiveness to your offers. Make sure you stay on track to their tastes and recommend only good products and services because one bad recommendation and your reputation and relationship are in jeopardy.
Offer extreme value:
If your product or service offers a high perceived value to the customer then they are likely to do business with you again and again.
Offer extremely good customer service:
Take care of your customers needs as if you were on crisis mode. Make their concern a priority. The quicker and more effective you ten to their needs the more satisfied they will be and the more business they will do with you.
Treat your customer Like a family member:
Your customers are your business without them you have no business. So treat them like a family member, talk to them in a caring manner look at thinks from their point of view and put their needs ahead of yours.
Thinking and acting like this will have your business customer focused very soon and will initiate repeat business.
