Possible Solution - Are You Sleeping, Eating and Exercising on time?
|
Your body has an internal clock and disrupting the time results in loss of energy or performance. If you don't eat right, and eat at different times of the day, it throws of your internal clock. The same goes for sleep, if one night your up till 1:00 am and the next night your up till 9 then the night after your up till 11 you'll find yourself out of energy!
Sleep every night at the same time and wake up everyday at the same time and you'll find you function much better.
An exercise program helps you also have the energy you need to get things done. Even a simple morning walk works well not only do you get exercise but it's a great time to get ideas.
Simply getting a program together can help you stay on track and get the energy you need. It's a good idea to consult with your doctor and come up with a good diet and exercise plan that will fit in your time schedule.
