If you have an established business relationship with your suppliers, it's likely you can establish a credit account with them. This will allow you to use/sell their products and services before paying for them. And if you you're selling their products and can do it quickly, this will help you build a healthy cash flow.

Use cash only when you already have a good cash flow and when you are offered a better price.
