Barter can sometimes save the day and can be a good way to create extra business and while lowering costs.

When you're making larger purchases and it's appropriate, its always an option to offer your product/service as part of the purchase or even sometimes you can walk away with more money in your pocket.

Some tips for a good barter deal:

The person must want what you have.

The person must be willing to do a barter deal.

You must give some incentive. If the person is already getting what you have for the regular price then it's harder to get the barter deal together. It would be better for them to simply sell their products for cash.
