You are not the one providing the flowers (but you are in charge of ordering, getting and overseeing their set up); you do not bake the wedding cake (but you are in charge of ensuring that it arrives on time and placed exactly where it should be), and others. The point is this - oftentimes, couples are absolutely clueless as to what they should buy, where they should go, etc. and expect YOU to guide them... and you need to be ready to offer them ALL the possibilities.
