Get organized with the Chaos Manager - A helpful set of tools to stay on track

Organizing files is a relatively agonizing task especially for busy business owners. Using a computer is not enough; it should also be equipped with a dependable organizational tool such as the Chaos Manager.

The Chaos Manager is an organizational tool designed to rid business owners of the unnecessary “chaos” that organizing files bring. It is fairly easy to use and has an uncomplicated interface compared to similar freeware that offer the same features.

Chaos Manager - “Chaos-Free” File Organization

  • The Appointment manager or schedule manager has a number of options that you can choose from. You can configure the date, time and the reminder settings to schedule an appointment. Its main task is to alert you using pop ups and sound alerts for upcoming appointments.
  • Backups. The Chaos Manager backups files every 10 days. You can locate the backed up files in a folder within the Chaos Manager called “backup”.
  • The Notebook acts literally as a notebook for typing notes in. It works in rich text format (RTF) and URL's that you typed in it will be conveniently clickable.
  • Chaos Manager also has a Contacts feature wherein you can store names, contact numbers, email addresses, notes, birthdays and more. Your contacts can be further categorized with contacts belonging to “business”, “family” or “friends”. Editing the field names to your liking is also allowed.
  • Chaos Manager also comes with a Calendar. You can put in your appointments or birthday alerts here. The blue mark means it's a birthday note and the green mark means it's an appointment alert. You are also allowed to click on each day of the calendar to edit it.

Aside form the ones mentioned above, the Chaos Manager also has these extra features: data encryption, password encryption, editing of the setup, an array of skins to customize the program (you can also create your own), and synchronization via the internet.
